From the horse's mouth

"In everything you do you must stay true to who you are". I didn't come from a family with a lot of money and nothing was giving to me. There was once a time when I kept my thoughts to myself, but somewhere down the road I got tired of feeling like people were running over me. I started to speak out. This blog will be an outlet for me to share my thoughts as well as shine some light on my life and what it consists of. I am a daughter of six, mother of one, an educator of many, a yoga lover, an Herbalife health coach, and a girlfriend.
